Soft Editions was formed in 2001 with the dual aims of promoting the use of rapidly evolving eBook technology and of working with conventional publishers to encourage the migration of their backlists into eBook form.

Our FrontList Books imprint was created in 2003 as a vehicle for making some of Soft Editions eBook titles available to a wider audience in conventional paper form. The list of titles available from FrontList books is growing, and now includes new titles not yet available as eBooks.
